The way we deal with these categories of personal information will be different, because we are direct contract relationship with you, this is different from our indirect relationship with your end user. We will collect and use the personal information of you or your end users voluntarily provided by you in the process of using the Platform, generated by your use of the Platform and obtained by us from third parties for the following purposes in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and in accordance with the principles of fairness, legality and necessity.

1. Your personal information as an openinstall developer customer (or potential developer customer)

2. Personal information of your end users

openinstall provides channel statistics, data statistics and analysis services for mobile applications. After you integrate the openinstall SDK and call the relevant interfaces in your application, your application will collect and transmit the relevant data of your end users, and analyze these data through our services in order to realize the corresponding functions.

End-user data obtained by openinstall SDK include:

App parameter transfer function:obtain device brand, device model, network information (IP address), operating system version, and operating system version matching information used for fuzzy attribution in parameter transfer function. The paste board (clipboard) is used to assist in improving the accuracy of parameter restoration.
H5 channel statistics:obtain information related to device brand, device model, network information (IP address), and operating system version for channel attribution algorithm.
Cheat monitoring:obtain the information of Android ID used to identify the uniqueness of the device in cheat monitoring, so as to filter duplicate devices and monitor cheating malicious behaviors.
App application statistics:obtain device brand, device model, operating system version, operating system version analysis and statistics for application statistics, and network address analysis and statistics for activated device region analysis and statistics for application statistics.

You should be aware and understand that some device information and network information need to apply for permission through the host APP where you integrate the openinstall SDK, and we will only collect it after obtaining the authorization and consent of the user.

It should be noted that the data collected by us based on the Developer Service Agreement and with the express consent of end users will be de-identified or anonymized before being used to provide services.

When we want to use personal information for other purposes not specified in this policy, we will notify you in advance and ask you to notify your end users and seek the consent of end users. (1) Access and correct your personal information

You have the right to access your personal information, except for exceptions provided by laws and regulations. If you wish to exercise the right of data access, you can access your personal information by yourself by logging in to your account and going to the “Account Information” page.

If you are unable to access such personal information through the above means, you may contact us through the various contact methods posted on the openinstall website. When accessing the information, we may ask you to authenticate yourself to keep your account secure.

Please understand that due to technical limitations and legal and regulatory requirements, it may not be possible to respond to some of your requests. Based on the requirement of laws and regulations, safeguard legitimate reasons, such as information security you part of the information may not be able to access.

(2) Delete your personal information

Under any of the following circumstances, you may request the deletion of your personal information by contacting our customer service at openinstall@openinstallglobal.com:

① if we collect and use personal information in violation of laws and regulations;

You should be aware that cancelling your openinstall account will result in a permanent loss of access to your account and the data contained in it. We will provide you with an account cancellation service after verifying your identity and negotiating with you to dispose of the assets in your account. After you cancel your openinstall account, we will stop providing you with products or services, and according to your requirements, delete your personal information or anonymize it as soon as possible, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.

2. End users of applications that use openinstall services

In accordance with the privacy policy of the application provider, please send requests related to your personal information directly to the relevant application provider for processing and assistance. openinstall will actively cooperate and respond to the request after receiving the relevant request from the application provider and verifying the true legitimacy of the request.

In principle, we will not charge a fee for your reasonable request as described above. We may refuse requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., require the development of new systems or fundamental changes to current practices), pose a risk to the legitimate interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involve information stored on backup tapes).

We will not be able to respond to your or your end users’ requests if:

(1) in connection with our fulfillment of obligations under laws and regulations;

(2) directly related to national security and national defense security;

(3) those directly related to public security, public health and major public interests;

(4) we have sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

(5) responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;

(6) involving trade secrets.

8. How do we handle children’s personal information

We ask customers to agree not to send us any data relating to children under the age of 13 (or, in some jurisdictions, under the age of 16).
