Refund Policy

If you have used the services of the openinstall platform and have paid for the premium version, but for some reason need to apply for a refund, you can check whether you have the conditions to apply for a refund or submit a refund request by following the instructions below.

I.Rules for applying for a refund

1. Users who have used the openinstall platform service and paid the premium version fee, and the corresponding paid application has not expired, can apply for a refund.

2. Users who use the openinstall platform service but violate the Terms of Service of the platform or the laws and regulations of the place where the APP is operated will not be refunded.

3. The unspent balance refunded to openinstall account wallet can be refunded.

4. After the application for refund is accepted, the application for refund will be frozen and cannot be used any longer. Therefore, all the impact of refund shall be borne by the party submitting the refund application.

5. After the application for refund is accepted, the openinstall platform will return the corresponding amount to the original account.

6. After submitting the refund request, openinstall platform will reply within 7 working days.

Ii. Refund calculation rules

1. The one-month premium version service package can be fully returned after the application is submitted no more than 7 days after the launch. The refund of non-service quality problems exceeding 7 days (if Party A suffers serious losses caused by the openinstall platform, it will be regarded as service quality problems) will not be accepted.

2. open more than one month (excluding one month) of the premium version of the service duration package, according to the length of the month used (31 days per month) calculation, each month will be deducted 160 US dollars (less than a month of the time calculated by a month), and then return the remaining amount.

Iii. How to submit the refund application

The refund application must be sent to the openinstall official email address (openinstall@openinstallglobal.com) from the openinstall registered email address. The registered account email address shall not be changed within 7 working days after submitting the refund application, otherwise the refund application will fail.

Iv. Content of submitting refund application

1. You need to specify the account and app (AppKey) that need to submit the refund application in the email. If you apply for the refund of the account wallet balance, you do not need to provide the app (AppKey).

2. If you use a bank card to pay, you also need to provide the receiving bank account information required for refund transfer.
